“Everyone from landlords on down are super friendly and helpful, and you can tell they really care about the property.” – Elena B.

When our family arrived in Jersey City 30 years ago, it was far from the thriving metropolis it is today. Boarded up buildings (Mercer Arms included) outnumbered open businesses.

As part of a city-sponsored downtown revitalization campaign in the late 1990’s we were given the opportunity to restore Mercer Arms. We’ve managed Mercer Arms for the last 20 years, watching Jersey City blossom into the thriving city it is today.

Because of this, our role as property managers at Mercer Arms runs much deeper than the average landlord. This is our community too. We’re invested in this community, this city and in providing the best resident experience possible.
